I am excited to finally share this project. I hope as you read this, you are inspired to share your own ideas and add to the conversation for improving Downtown Halifax. There are many ideas, issues and observations presented in this report. The intent of the report is to:

- develop an understanding of today's Barrington Street
- consolidate the ideas from past HRM reports
- explore some of the proposals
- make recommendations
